4 Salmon Filets
2 T SOOC Aged Maple Dark Balsamic
2 T SOOC ‘Butter Taste’ Vegan Olive Oil
1 T SOOC’s Metropolitan Chef West Coast Salmon Rub


Place Aged Maple Dark Balsamic, Metropolitan Chef West Coast Salmon Rub and ‘Butter Taste’ Vegan Olive Oil, in a re-sealable plastic bag, close, and shake to mix. Add salmon to bag, and massage to thoroughly coat salmon. Allow to marinate for at least one hour in the refrigerator.
Preheat oven to 425.
Roast salmon for 10-12 minutes on foil or parchment lined baking sheet or until salmon is cooked through.

SUBSTITUTIONS: Try any of these olive oils which are great paired with the Maple Balsamic; Blood Orange, Lemon, or Smoky Chipotle.
