Ingredients

4 Salmon Filets
2 T SOOC Aged Maple Dark Balsamic
2 T SOOC ‘Butter Taste’ Vegan Olive Oil
1 T BMKC Miramachi Bay Rub

Directions

Place Aged Maple Dark Balsamic, BMKC Miramichi Bay Rub and ‘Butter Taste’ Vegan Olive Oil, in a re-sealable plastic bag, close, and shake to mix. Add salmon to bag, and massage to thoroughly coat salmon. Allow to marinate for at least one hour in the refrigerator.
Preheat oven to 425.
Remove and roast salmon for 10-12 minutes on foil or parchment lined baking sheet or until salmon is cooked through. Put marinade in a small pan and saute on the stove, bringing it to a quick boil and then simmer until reduced by at least one-third. Remove from heat.
After plating the salmon drizzle the glaze over the fillets.

SUBSTITUTIONS: Try any of these olive oils which are great paired with the Maple Balsamic; Blood Orange, Lemon, or Smoky Chipotle.
