SHIPPING POLICY

Most internet orders placed before 12pm EST Monday thru Friday will be processed and confirmed by next day. Orders placed after 12pm Friday will be processed and confirmed on the following Monday. Please note, orders placed after 12pm EST Monday thru Friday, may not be processed and confirmed until the following business day. Holidays and weekends are not business days. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and confirmed on Monday.

Order confirmation will be provided via email after the order is placed.
Orders are shipped mainly via Canada Post. Some orders may be shipped by courier

Expected Delivery Dates:
Delivery dates will vary based on your location.
Ontario  2-5 business days after order processing
Other Provinces 4-7 business days after order processing
Remote Locations may take longer.
Holidays and weekend days are not counted as business days.

Standard Shipping Rates:
We ship anywhere in Canada for a flat rate of $15 per order.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Southampton Olive Oil Company only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

It is Southampton Olive Oil Company’s intention to satisfy our customers. For this reason, we will gladly issue a full refund to the original credit/debit card for any unopened merchandise that is returned within 14 days of the date of purchase. After 14 days, a store credit or exchange will be issued for any unopened merchandise returned up to 30 days after purchase. Items purchased with cash maybe be exchanged or a store credit issued. There are no cash refunds. All items must be accompanied by the original receipt and in unopened, saleable condition.
