This salmon recipe is super quick thanks to using the broil setting on your oven. If you’d rather bake the salmon, extend the cooking time and broil at the end for the crispy effect. If substituting chicken, use the bake-broil method.


4 salmon filets, 4oz
4 Tbsp Blackberry Ginger Dark Balsamic
4 Tbsp Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt to taste


Combine Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil, garlic, lemon juice, Blackberry Ginger Dark Balsamic, and salt in a small bowl.
Coat salmon fillets entirely with mixture.
Place salmon in broiling pan 4” from broiler and broil for 4-6 minutes or until fish flakes.
*If the salmon is more than 1’ thick, turn halfway through broil.
