This salmon recipe is super quick thanks to using the broil setting on your oven. If you’d rather bake the salmon, extend the cooking time and broil at the end for the crispy effect. If substituting chicken, use the bake-broil method.

INGREDIENTS

4 salmon filets, 4oz
4 T SOOC Blackberry Ginger Dark Balsamic Vinegar
4 T SOOC Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil
2 T fresh lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt to taste

DIRECTIONS

Combine olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar and salt in a small bowl. Coat salmon fillets entirely with mixture. Place salmon in broiling pan 4” from broiler and broil for 4-6 minutes or until fish flakes. If the salmon is more than 1’ thick, turn halfway through broil.
