Ingredients
1 cup wild rice
½ cup dried cranberries
½ cup slivered almonds
1 can mandarin oranges
2 tbsp SOOC Wild Mushroom and Sage Olive Oil
¼ cup SOOC Gravenstein Apple Balsamic Vinegar
Directions
Cook rice (follow the package instructions), combine all ingredients, mix well, cover and refrigerate. Remove from fridge 20 min before serving, to bring to room temperature. ENJOY
