1 bunch asparagus
1 pkg. Halloumi Cheese (cut in thick slices)
6 cups mixed Salad greens
1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
3 tbsp. SOOC Gourmet Garlic Infused Olive Oil
2 tbsp. SOOC Aged Black Mission Fig Balsamic Vinegar


Coat Asparagus with 1 tbsp of SOOC Garlic Oil.

Grill Asparagus for 3 minutes.

Add Halloumi and grill both for 4 minutes.

Combine salad greens and cherry tomatoes.

Whisk together remaining SOOC Garlic Olive Oil and SOOC Fig Balsamic.

Pour over salad and toss.

Top with Asparagus and Halloumi.
