2 Cans Chickpeas
3 TB SOOC Butter ‘Taste’ Olive Oil- Vegan and Dairy Free
1 tsp SOOC Cinnamon Pear Dark Balsamic
½ tsp Vancouver Island Orange Lime Sea Salt
Preheat oven to 400*F
Rinse, drain and pat dry chickpeas
Put chickpeas in a mixing bowl add the SOOC Butter ‘Taste’ Olive Oil & the Vancouver Island Orange Lime Sea Salt and stir until coated.
Distribute evenly on a cookie sheet in a single layer. Roast for 35 min. Shaking a couple times during cooking time.
Take out, return to bowl and add SOOC Cinnamon Pear Dark Balsamic and spread back on same cookie sheet and roast an additional 5 minutes. Remove and return to bowl , mix up to catch remaining oil & vinegar.
Let cool and enjoy as a snack!
