A VERY special oil…

This limited production early Greek Kalamata displays immediate peppery sensations at the back of the throat followed by lingering spice and pungency throughout the mouth. The combination of picking green, extremely GREEN Kalamata fruit and minimal processing resulted in high antioxidant content and more specifically, a very high concentration of Oleocanthal at 445 ppm. From the trees that produced last year’s antioxidant powerhouse that placed in the World’s Healthiest Olive Oil Competition and took 1st place in the Oleocanthal category!

Flavour notes include wheatgrass, malt, and green apple.
