Our Coconut White Balsamic is wonderfully sweet, pleasingly tart, and redolent with the clean, natural flavour of coconut. It makes a fantastic dressing or marinade, delicious splashed onto fruit salad, or enjoyed in a cocktail.  It is divine paired with our Persian Lime Olive Oil for a marinade/sauce for fish, seafood and chicken. For a treat, pair it with some butter olive oil to make ‘coco-butter’!
