INGREDIENTS<\/h3>\n

2 Tbsp SOOC Blood Orange Olive Oil<\/strong><\/a>
\n1 small onion, chopped
\n1 clove garlic, minced
\n1 lb butternut squash, cut into \u00bd\u201d cubes
\n1 cup carrots, chopped
\n1 can crushed tomatoes
\n1\u00bd – 2 cup vegetable or chicken stock
\n1 Tbps
SOOC Cinnamon Pear Dark Balsamic<\/strong><\/a>
\n\u00bc tsp cumin seeds
\n\u00bc tsp red pepper flakes
\n15 oz can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
\n\u00bd tsp salt
\nCouscous (follow instructions)
\nCilantro (minced)<\/p>\n

DIRECTIONS<\/h3>\n

Coat a small pan with Blood Orange Olive Oil. Add onions and garlic, saut\u00e9 for 5 minutes. Place squash in slow cooker. Add onion, garlic, carrots, tomatoes, broth. Cinnamon Pear Balsamic, cumin and red pepper flakes. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours. Add chickpeas and salt. Stir, cover and heat for 5 minutes.
