We are happy to offer shipping to the lower 48 contiguous United States. Our goal is to service not only our existing US customers who visit our store while vacationing in Southampton but also new customers from the USA who want to experience our great tasting oils and vinegars. All of our oils and vinegars are originally imported from the USA from the various countries they are originally produced and grown in.
When purchasing from and shipping to the United States you are eligible to purchase up to $800 USD and be excluded from duties, taxes and broker fees. We ship orders directly to your home, nearest post office or courier location to complete your delivery.
Our flat rate of $25 USD is our standard shipping rate to any of the lower 48 contiguous United States. If you purchase over $125 USD we will ship your order for FREE.
Most internet orders placed before 12pm EST Monday thru Friday will be processed and confirmed by next day. Orders placed after 12pm Friday will be processed and confirmed on the following Monday. Please note, orders placed after 12pm EST Monday thru Friday, may not be processed and confirmed until the following business day. Holidays and weekends are not business days. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and confirmed on Monday.
Order confirmation will be provided via email after the order is placed.
Orders are shipped mainly via Canada Post. Some orders may be shipped by courier

Returns and Refund Policy
It is Southampton Olive Oil Company’s intention to satisfy our customers. For this reason, we will gladly issue a full refund to the original credit/debit card for any unopened merchandise that is returned within 14 days of the date of purchase. After 14 days, a store credit or exchange will be issued for any unopened merchandise returned up to 30 days after purchase. Items purchased with cash maybe be exchanged or a store credit issued. There are no cash refunds. All items must be accompanied by the original receipt and in unopened, saleable condition.
