Ingredients

4 Cups mixed greens (e.g., spring mix, spinach, arugula)
1 large cooked chicken breast, thinly sliced or shredded
1 Cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese or feta
2 Tbsp toasted pecans or walnuts (optional)

For the Zesty Lime-Chive Vinaigrette:
30 ml Persian Lime Olive Oil
20 ml Garlic Chive White Balsamic Vinegar
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Directions

In a small bowl, combine the Persian Lime Olive Oil, Garlic Chive White Balsamic, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Whisk vigorously until the dressing is well combined and emulsified.

In a large serving bowl, gently combine the mixed greens, sliced chicken, and fresh mixed berries. If using, add the crumbled goat cheese and toasted nuts.

Drizzle the prepared vinaigrette over the salad ingredients.

Toss gently to coat everything evenly.
