Prefer homemade to frozen? Still want something quick if you’re settling down to watch the big game (or any time you crave wings!)? This is pretty simple, just remember to put some oil on the parchment or foil before cooking or you’ll have ‘fun’ getting them off!

2-3 lbs. of chicken wings
sea salt & ground black pepper
3 minced garlic cloves
2 Tbsp SOOC Baklouti Green Chili Olive Oil
1 tsp Korean chili powder
2 Tbsp of soy sauce
1 Tbsp SOOC Elderberry Dark Balsamic
1 Tbsp of brown sugar
2 Tbsp water
1 tsp SOOC Toasted Sesame Oil
sesame seeds for garnish
chopped green onions for garnish
Preheat the oven to 450°.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil and lightly oil. In a large bowl, season the wings with salt and pepper. Transfer the wings, skin side up, on the baking sheets and roast them for about 30 – 35 minutes, until they are cooked through and crisp.
In a small saucepan, whisk together and mix the minced garlic, SOOC Baklouti Green Chili Olive Oil, SOOC Toasted Sesame Oil, Korean chile powder, soy sauce, SOOC Elderberry Dark Balsamic, brown sugar and water. Cook on med-low heat until it thickens into a sauce. Remove from heat and toss the baked chicken wings with the sauce, coat well. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
