Ingredients
2 Tbps Chipotle Olive Oil
Medium Onion- chopped
Medium Green Pepper- chopped
1 lb ground beef
1 can of kidney beans
1 can of black beans
2 cans of crushed tomatoes
2 Tbsp tomato paste
2 Tbsp chili powder
salt to taste
2 Tbsp Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar
Directions
In a large pot sautée onions and peppers in Chipotle Olive Oil. Add ground beef and fry until brown. Add beans, canned tomatoes, tomato paste, chili powder, and salt. Simmer for 30 minutes, add Chocolate Dark Balsamic Vinegar. Simmer for another 15 minutes. Top with shredded cheese and green onions. Best enjoyed with nacho chips on the side!
