1 small head of red cabbage, you may save the outer leaves for serving
2 oranges, sliced, peeled, and chopped into bite-size pieces
½ red onion, thinly sliced
1 mango, cubed
¼ C fresh cilantro, chopped, plus extra for garnish
Salt, optional

– ¼ C SOOC Chipotle Olive Oil
– ¼ C SOOC Mango White Balsamic Vinegar


Combine all Salad ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Combine both oil and vinegar in a jar, shake vigorously.
Pour dressing over salad, toss gently.

**SUBSTITUTION: Try using the Pineapple Balsamic for a little “sweeter” variation.
