Ingredients:

3 Tbsp Gourmet Garlic
1 large Spanish onion, quartered and sliced
1 tsp flour
1 1/2 pounds boneless beef rump roast
2 tsp Mrs. Dash  
4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
1/4 cup Red Apple Dark Balsamic
3 Tbsp tomato paste
1 bottle Medium dark Beer
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

Pour the Gourmet Garlic Olive Oil into the bottom of a slow cooker, dredge beef with flour, brown in oil and remove.

Arrange half the onion slices on bottom of slow cooker. Lay the beef roast on top of the onion, sprinkle with Mrs. Dash and spread the rest of the onion slices and the garlic around the roast.

Mix the Red Apple Dark Balsamic and tomato paste together and drizzle over beef, then add the beer.

Cover the slow cooker, set to High and cook until the meat is tender, about 6 hours.

Cut or shred the meat into bite-size pieces and season with salt and pepper if needed. Serve with the juices from the slow cooker.

Mmmm, mashed potatoes or buttered noodles would be nice!
