1 –540 ml can of Chickpeas
1-370 ml can of SOOC Pitted Queen (La Abuella) Olives
60 ml SOOC Gourmet Garlic Olive Oil
45ml SOOC Oregano White Balsamic Vinegar
½ t Salt
½ T Tahini (optional)
¼ t Cumin


Open the can of chickpeas, drain and rinse.

Open the can of olives, drain off the liquid.

Place all ingredients in a food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Enjoy on sandwiches as a healthy spread. Pack in your kids’ lunch boxes as a dip for veggies. Use for entertaining guests as a spread on a charcuterie platter.

SUBSTITUTIONS: If you’ve had this and want to change it up a bit, here are a few suggestions.
In place of the Garlic Olive Oil, try our Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil.
Instead of using the Oregano White Balsamic, the A-Premium White Balsamic will be a more subtle flavour, or the Jalapeno White Balsamic will work just as well!
