Honey Ginger Cranberry Sauce


1 pkg. fresh Cranberries (pick out ‘bad’ ones)
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup local honey
1 Tbsp Ginger Paste*
2 Tbsp SOOC Honey Ginger White Balsamic
(* I use Sensations from the Foodland, note that it is NOT minced ginger in a jar, but paste in a tube. If you can’t find it you can use minced, but you will see it in the finished product.)


Put all ingredients in a pot on medium heat when 1st berry ‘pops’ reduce to low and simmer with occasional stirring until most all of the berries pop. Make ahead, cool and store in fridge until dinner.
