As with any great hummus recipe, this one is easily adaptable to suit your flavour preferences.


2 (15.5oz) cans garbanzo beans, drained
⅓ C SOOC Chipotle Olive Oil
⅓ C lemon juice
2 T SOOC Toasted Sesame Oil
2 large cloves garlic, peeled
1 T cumin, ground
1 t salt (to taste)


Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth. Serve topped with extra Olive Oil, if desired.

**SUBSTITUTIONS: Garlic is always a great choice for hummus, but with this recipe any of our other chili oils are great too (Baklouti or Harissa)!
