Ingredients

1 bunch asparagus
1 pkg. Halloumi Cheese (cut in thick slices)
6 Cups mixed Salad greens
1 Cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
3 Tbsp Gourmet Garlic Infused Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Black Mission Fig Balsamic Vinegar

Directions

Coat Asparagus with 1 tbsp of Garlic Olive Oil.
Grill Asparagus for 3 minutes.
Add Halloumi and grill both for 4 minutes.
Combine salad greens and cherry tomatoes.
Whisk together remaining Garlic Olive Oil and Fig Balsamic Vinegar.
Pour over salad and toss.
Top with Asparagus and Halloumi.
