Our tropical passion fruit infused white balsamic vinegar can be used in shrubs, mixed cocktails, over berries or cut up fruit. Makes a wonderful glaze or addition to marinades and dressings. Especially delicious in ceviche or seafood cocktails.
Pairs well with Persian lime olive oil, Eureka lemon olive oil, Blood orange olive oil, Roasted almond oil, Toasted Sesame oil, Baklouti Green olive oil, and any UP extra virgin olive oil.
This one is so new, we don’t have any recipes worked out yet, but feel free to try it in substitute for any recipe using Mango or Peach White Balsamic!
