Crush Date: May 2021 – ROBUST Intensity

Our first ever Chilean Manzanillo represents a small, limited batch production, painstakingly harvested using artisanal methods by selecting green, just blushing fruit from more ripe olives. The finished product is an incredibly fruity powerhouse. Displays notes of creamy almonds, hints of green strawberry and melon with a juicy fruit centre. Lots of pungency, lingering pepper and a clean finish
