Crush Date: NOVEMBER 2018  – MILD Intensity

This is our last remaining Northern Hemisphere oil of the season. We keep this one Sicilian (Italy) EVOO in stock as long as we can, due to its popularity and requests for Italian oils. BUT remember ALL our Southern Hemisphere EVOOs are SIX months fresher and as Extra Virgin Olive Oil will never taste as good as the day it’s crushed – the newer the better!

Our Biancolilla displays wonderful berry and confectionary notes. It is creamy, viscous and pleasantly malty with no bitterness and has a delicate peppery finish. A STUNNING one of a kind oil and crowd pleaser! (note: this year’s crush is MILD intensity, last years was Medium)
