Our California Roasted Almond Oil is expeller pressed and lightly filtered. With a high smoke point, you can do so much with this fantastic oil. It has a deep and rich roasted almond flavour. Use to make muffins, banana bread, as a dipping oil, sautéing string beans or in Asian inspired dishes. Pairs beautifully with our Sicilian lemon balsamic, raspberry balsamic, blueberry balsamic, Cara Cara Orange Vanilla white balsamic or pomegranate balsamic for an amazing vinaigrette.
