Our Blackberry-Ginger Balsamic is wonderfully sweet and pleasingly tart.  It is redolent with the exotic, spicy flavour of ginger artfully married with the rich, ripe, juicy blackberry. It makes a fantastic dressing or marinade, use on chicken, fish, over fruit salad, over oatmeal or drizzled over pancakes.
