Ingredients

4 medium Sweet Potatoes; each cut lengthwise into 16 wedges (peeled or unpeeled but scrubbed well – your choice) You can also cut them into fries but reduce the cooking time.
2 tbsp Cinnamon-Pear Dark Balsamic
3 tbsp Butter ‘Taste’ Olive Oil
¾ tsp  Sea Salt

Directions

Preheat the oven to 400*F.
In a small bowl, thoroughly whisk together Cinnamon-Pear Balsamic and Butter ‘Taste’ Olive Oil.
In a large bowl, toss sweet potato fries in olive oil and vinegar combination, coat evenly.
Spread fries on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet in a single layer. Sprinkle sea salt over wedges.
Roast for 45 min, or until tender, and the balsamic has caramelized.
